Prismatic Group Pty Ltd is an entertainment and events company based in the Hawkesbury region of New South Wales. The business that grew to become Prismatic Group started in 2004 focusing on lighting for theatre and has grown to have multiple arms and specialities.
The Prismatic Production arm focuses on lighting, audio, staging and vision for the theatre, music, and film sectors.
Prismatic Events has a styling and hire focus, supplying tables, chairs, drapery and other styling elements, and/or complete event management services.
Costumiers provides costume, prop and set design and manufacture service for the events and entertainment industry.
We also run our own annual events program including Grey Nomad Festival, Cos Con, The BIG Bushdances, and Hawkesbury Business Events.
Our team are all highly qualified technicians and event organisers, who pride themselves on professionalism and being very easy to work with. Whether your event is operating on a tight deadline, or you simply have no idea where to start, our crew are patient and talented enough to see the job through to completion.
CEO – Stacy Kempton
The founder of the Prismatic Group Pty Ltd, Stacy continues to drive the direction and focus of the company as Director and CEO. Having commenced the business as a sole trading operation, her passion and determination have resulted in the expansion of the company to meet market needs by applying a ‘think outside the square’ methodology. A strong advocate for business, her industry and community, Stacy is focused on not only building Prismatic Group, but the economy and business community that surround the company.
Stacy has completed a Bachelors of Applied Management, Bachelor of Laws(Hons), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety plus a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training. Ongoing professional development and education is a key factor that Stacy credits with her success in business and ensuring that the company maintains relevant in the rapidly changing arts and economic environment.
Regularly found on site for events and projects, Stacy has a belief in engaging with the work tasks of team members at all levels of the organisation to understand their experiences and maintain competency across all fields. Using a consultive form of leadership so that innovation occurs in all directions within the organisation, she has a keen focus on ensuring that all team members are provided with the opportunity to learn and grow through their engagement. This passion for education and skills development has seen Stacy previously take on a role with TAFE NSW as a teacher and subject matter expert in addition to writing and speaking for industry and business publications and events.
