Prismatic Production and Prismatic Events are private businesses and do not request that you provide us with any of your (including the individual, others and organisations the individual represents) personal information to use our website.

Should we directly or through a third party gain automatic data e.g. IP address, through the use of cookies, analytics or user data from our website, social media or other contact methods, this information will be stored electronically as with other personal information.

All personal identifying information that you provide is at your discretion. We may request personal information in order to provide quotes, goods or services in order to deliver such outcomes. Any information regarding other individuals or organisations must only be provided if you have authority to do so, by providing such information you are agreeing you have this authority. Should you choose to contact us, all information you provide may be stored electronically by our businesses for our future reference.

Access to the information will be restricted to employees, contractors and associates of our businesses. Your personal information will be used to provide for the specified purpose it was collected e.g. providing a quote, marketing and the provision of services. If you do not wish to receive marketing communication, you may opt out by emailing info@prismatic.com.au.

Should we provide your personal identifying or contact information to a third party outside of our organisation and associates, we will notify you prior to this occurring, unless the information is provided to comply with legal obligations including complying with contract terms, as part of a legal dispute between yourself and our businesses, or in instances were the information is provided to prevent harm to persons or property. We do not routinely provide personal information to third parties, however we may provide mailing and contact lists from events or projects to third parties involved in that event or project based on the contract terms we have agreed with these parties, by providing your personal information to us, you consent to disclosure at our discretion. In the event that our businesses are sold or merge with other organisations, you agree that you personal information may be transferred between the organisations.

You may request access to your personal information that we store and ask for us to correct information that is not accurate or complete. In order to provide this service we will ask for proof of identity prior to giving you access.

All complaints and feed back regarding privacy may be communicated to our email or postal addresses. We endeavour to answer all complaints or questions within 30 days of receipt.
