The Project or Event Process

  • Step 1: Determine the size of your event or project and what services you need to support your vision.
  • Step 2: Contact us with a list of questions and details of what you require.
  • Step 3: We will provide you with a consultation (fees apply) if required, then supply an obligation free quote.
  • Step 4: Sign our terms and conditions online and confirm your booking request via email.
  • Step 5: Once we have confirmed receipt of your booking request, pay the deposit immediately to secure the date.
  • Step 6: We will confirm acceptance of the booking and you will need to pay any progress payments on time.
  • Step 7: We will confirm the booking information and final payment will be required closer to the booking. This is when any customised or bespoke design and production begins. Variations may attract an additional fee.
  • Step 11: Please give us a review on Google, Facebook and other sites. If you have any other feedback about your service, please email us.
  • Step 8: We prepare your services as per the booking and ensure they are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Step 9: Completion of the event or project.
  • Step 10: Hire items are to be returned as per the terms and conditions. Any damage will be invoiced.

Head Office and North West Sydney Warehouse

Make an appointment via email to visit our head office and main warehouse, an appointment is essential as many of our team work remotely or will be on site each day. We can accommodate appointments outside of business hours if required.

There is onsite parking available, we request that you only park in a spot marked C. If there are no spots available, we ask that you please park on the street to avoid disrupting our neighbours.

As the complex is a working industrial area, we ask that you be careful of truck and forklift movements. Our team also meet at local cafes to sample the offerings in the region when there is a large amount of movement in our complex to ensure safety.

Sydney, Parramatta, Brisbane and Dubbo Offices

Our Sydney CBD, Parramatta CBD, Brisbane CBD and Mudgee offices are all by appointment only. We will supply our address at the time of booking.
