Prismatic Commitments – HSE&Q and Inclusion

Our commitment to a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSE&Q) and Inclusion programs as a company is integral to meeting our values. The systems are core in our daily operations and strategic planning, ensuring well-being and maintaining the highest standards possible operationally.

“I am proud of the systems that we have developed and our track record of 25 years without serious incident. I don’t see ISO and other external audits as a scary experience, but an opportunity to gain 3rd party feedback. If we pass an audit that’s great; but if they find a hole, it is an opportunity to plug it. We are about safety first; audits and accreditation are not just tick boxes for us.” Stacy Kempton – CEO
